Notice to the Clients
Esteemed clients,
we would like to inform you that as of May 25, 2025, Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. (hereinafter: the Bank) is introducing changes regarding the issuance and use of debit cards for business entities. In this context, the new General Terms of Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. for the issuance and use of debit cards for business entities and the General Terms for the use of PBZ digital banking for business entities are available on the Bank's website, effective from May 25, 2025.
The most significant changes are the following:
- Debit cards for business entities are issued as inactive. The cardholder will be able to activate the card through the following channels: ATMs, POS devices, through the PBZ digital banking for business entities service and PBZCOM@NET service, bank branches/Sinergo desks. To activate contactless payment functionality, it is necessary to make a transaction at an ATM or POS device, by inserting the card and entering the PIN.
- For all currently valid debit cards for business entities, card distribution will be made to the cardholder's address in cases of replacement, regular renewal and if the cardholder's name changes. If the cardholder wishes to change the method of card distribution, this can be done at any bank branch/Sinergo desk. In the event of a change in the cardholder's address, we kindly ask that the changes be made as soon as possible at the nearest bank branch/Sinergo desk, so that the card arrives at the correct address. If the cardholder does not want the card delivered to their address, then the change in card distribution can also be made at any bank branch/Sinergo desk.
- If you do not currently have a business card, then you can choose the method of card/PIN distribution when ordering one.
If you choose the distribution of the card to the cardholder's address, the PIN will be distributed to PBZ digital banking for business entities, provided that you have previously obtained and activated the PBZ digital banking for business entities service and that the cardholder, as the end user of the said service, has met the conditions for receiving the PIN in this manner (authorization for card transactions and technical prerequisites for displaying the PIN on a mobile device).
